Kulgam Terror Attack: Terrorists have once again carried out a cowardly act in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. A bank manager was shot dead by the terrorists, furious with the operations being carried out by the security forces in the valley. It is being told that the name of the deceased bank manager is being told as Vijay Kumar. Deceased Vijay Kumar used to work as a manager in the locality Dehati Bank. He had joined the job here only a few days back.
