Himachal Pradesh Become First State Who Make Drone Policy Ann


Cabinet Meeting: State Drone Policy 2022 and State Logistics Policy 2022 have been approved in the cabinet meeting held in Shimla today. Himachal Pradesh has become the first state in the country to make a drone policy. Giving information about the decisions taken by the cabinet today, Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj said that Himachal Pradesh Drone Policy 2022 was approved in the meeting.

He said that Himachal has become the first state in the country to make such a policy. This will provide new employment opportunities and the main objective of this policy will be through schemes like National Education Policy, Himachal Pradesh Industrial Investment Policy, Himachal Pradesh Startup Scheme, National Skill Development.

Logistics Policy 2022 also got approval

He said that the Cabinet has approved the Himachal Pradesh Logistics Policy 2022. This policy will be able to establish coordination among various departments for implementation and monitoring of plans and provide support to the industrial development of the state. Bhardwaj said that to check and monitor illegal mining in the state, approval has been given to create 12 posts of Mining Inspector, 24 posts of Assistant Mining Inspector and 24 posts of Mining Guard in the Industries Department.

On the other hand, approval was given to fill up 16 posts of different categories for newly opened college at Nauhradhar in Sirmaur district. It was decided to open new fire stations at Nihari in Mandi district and Dhaunkra in Kullu and two new sub fire stations at Udaipur in Lahaul-Spiti district and Kilar in Chamba. The cabinet gave its approval to upgrade three fire stations at Chaupal in Shimla district, Shillai in Sirmaur and Keylong in Lahaul-Spiti district to sub fire stations and to create 129 posts of different categories and 16 vehicles.

Kangra’s primary health center will become community health center

The cabinet also decided to upgrade the Primary Health Center Chandi to Community Health Center in Kangra district. It also decided to increase the bed capacity of Community Health Center Nagrota Suriya in Kangra district from 6 to 50 beds by creating 27 posts of different categories. Apart from this, it was also decided to open Community Health Center at Dadlaghat in Solan and to fill 8 posts of different categories for this.
